You will act as a central point of coordination for office operations and support project teams with structured processes, documentation, and day to day administration. Reporting to the Country Chair Denmark, the Office Manager plays a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Danish organisation. Working closely with management and colleagues across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Communications, you will help create an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace that supports RWE's mission to drive the green energy transition. About the role Act as the main point of contact for office-related administrative and organizational matters Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and support functions, including Finance, Accounting, HR, and other business functions as required Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, events, and internal communications Manage documentation, records, filing, SharePoint content, templates, and administrative records to ensure accurate, up-to-date information and compliance with internal and legal requirements Support office-related financial administration, including invoice approvals, cost tracking, and maintaining procurement and cost centre information Oversee office facilities, supplies, visitor arrangements, and workplace processes to support a smooth daily office environment Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers, including contract coordination and vendor performance monitoring in relation to internal departments (e.g. Finance, IT, HR) Support onboarding and offboarding activities and contribute to a well-organized, welcoming, and professional office environment Job requirements and experience Relevant business, commercial or administrative education (e.g. office administration, business administration) or equivalent experience Several years of experience in an office management, administrative, or coordination role Experience with procurement processes and purchase order handling and supplier coordination Strong organizational skills with a structured and reliable working approach Confident communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in Danish and English is required From here, you benefit from many further advantages - Curious?
