Office Manager (General Affairs & Finance Support)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to manage day-to-day office operations, general administration, vendor coordination, and basic finance-related tasks. You will primarily own general affairs and administrative coordination, while supporting our finance function under guidance and in collaboration with our external accounting firm. This is a hands-on, single-contributor role in a small, professional team — a great fit for someone who is organised, dependable and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- General Affairs — Manage office supplies and pantry stock; coordinate vendors, office repairs and service contracts; maintain and organise internal documentation and filing systems.
- Finance Support — Perform day-to-day bookkeeping; prepare and process expense claims, vendor payments and employee reimbursements; work with our external accounting firm to ensure proper financial documentation (management accounts, financial statements); monitor monthly expenses against budget and report variances.
- Administrative Support — Organise internal meetings and prepare related documents; handle incoming calls, emails and general correspondence.
- Ad-hoc — Support other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Must-have
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level; ITE / Polytechnic graduates in Business or Accountancy are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in office administration and/or accounts support; candidates with more experience are welcome.
- Basic accounting knowledge; comfortable with bookkeeping and expense processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, with strong organisation, communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a small team (self-starter).
Good-to-have
- Knowledge of Korean is a plus, as the role involves liaising with our Korea headquarters.
- Experience in a small-company environment, handling a broad range of admin and accounts tasks.
What We Offer
- Broad, hands-on exposure across general affairs, finance and administration, working directly with management in a lean, professional team.
- A stable role, centrally located at The Gateway East.
- Annual leave, medical coverage and CPF contributions in line with company policy and Singapore regulations.
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm.
