Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Kyiv and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Kyiv office (next to VDNG metro station), including purchasing necessary supplies, equipment, and other items for the office.
• Monitoring the condition of office equipment, furniture, and other facilities, and arranging repairs or replacements when needed.
• Coordinating the work of cleaning staff and monitoring the quality of cleaning.
• Sourcing products, services, and suppliers, comparing options, and preparing proposals.
• Communicating with Ukrainian and international partners, suppliers, and contractors.
• Sending and receiving packages and coordinating with delivery services.
• Organizing business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers, and preparing itineraries.
• Assisting with the preparation of team events and other office activities.
• Assisting top management with organizational matters.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• English at B2 level.
• Strong written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Experience working with CRM systems and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A high level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to search for, analyze, and structure information.
