Office Manager - Maternity Leave Covery

The Role

This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, based in Tel Aviv, Israel, working 9:00–18:00 from the office. It's a highly visible role with a direct impact on how every GeoEdge employee experiences the company, wherever in the world they work.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the Tel Aviv office: supplies, kitchen, meeting rooms, seating, deliveries, and mail
  • Manage vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation
  • Handle quotes, invoices, and purchase orders together with Finance
  • Track and manage the office and welfare budgets, and flag overruns early
  • Own the onboarding experience for new employees: desk, equipment, welcome kit, and first-day orientation
  • Coordinate equipment and welcome kits for remote employees worldwide
  • Serve as the workplace point of contact for GeoEdge's global team, working with local vendors and providers in each location
  • Plan and run company events end to end: holidays, happy hours, team celebrations, family days, and offsites
  • Surprise and delight employees with a personal touch that goes beyond the events calendar
  • Greet visitors and be the welcoming face of the office
  • Own internal communication around company events and office updates in both Hebrew and English
  • Support HR and managers on employee lifecycle logistics: onboarding, offboarding, equipment returns, and benefits administration
  • Work closely with the VP of HR to align office operations with people initiatives
  • Support recruitment coordination as needed
  • Manage company travel: flights, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses
  • Host visiting colleagues from GeoEdge's global offices, including agendas and meals

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of Office or Administrative Management experience, preferably in a global high-tech company
  • Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken
  • Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and time zones
  • Proven experience planning company events and offsites
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for employee experience that goes beyond events: care, attention to detail, and making employees feel valued.
