Passion Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our Leominster practice.

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations, supporting team development, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and helping the practice achieve operational and financial goals. This position is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
  • Lead and support front office and clinical support team members
  • Ensure a positive patient experience from scheduling through treatment completion
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
  • Support treatment acceptance and patient financial discussions
  • Monitor office performance and key metrics
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Partner with doctors and leadership to support practice growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred
  • Positive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multi-provider dental practices
  • Experience with recruiting and staff development
  • Knowledge of scheduling optimization and production management
