Discussion

REMAX Results is looking for an organized, personable, and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Andover office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating an organized and welcoming workplace, and likes being the person others can count on to keep things moving.

Our Office Manager plays an important role in supporting our sales executives, leading office staff, coordinating real estate transactions and listing-related processes, and ensuring the office provides an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door.

If you are someone who notices what needs to be done, enjoys solving problems, communicates well, and thrives in a position where every day can look a little different, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and Support the Office

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Andover office and help create a professional, welcoming, and positive environment.

Support Our Sales Executives

  • Coordinate and assist with MLS listings, listing changes, and listing management.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information within MLS systems.
  • Assist sales executives with showing requests and appointment coordination.
  • Support new sales executives through the office onboarding and preparation process.
  • Assist other REMAX Results offices when additional support is needed.
  • Help identify solutions and resources that allow our sales executives to focus on growing their businesses.

Transaction & Administrative Support

  • Review purchase agreement files for required documentation and accuracy.
  • Coordinate daily office receipts and administrative processes.
  • Maintain organized and accurate office records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Answer and appropriately direct incoming calls.
  • Assist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities as needed.

Keep the Office Running Smoothly

  • Oversee office facilities and communicate building or maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate janitorial and general office requirements.
  • Maintain office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and related technology.
  • Manage the office telephone system.
  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, safe, and welcoming office environment.
  • Hire, train, coach, and support office staff.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and dependable resource for our sales executives.
  • Communicate regularly with sales executives and provide follow-up and support when needed.
  • Participate in monthly Office Manager meetings and other company meetings.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with strong people skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving—you look for solutions rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with computers, databases, phone systems, and general office technology.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • A professional, approachable, and positive demeanor.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Previous leadership, office management, administrative, or customer service experience.

Real estate experience is preferred but not required. Experience with MLS systems or real estate transactions is a plus.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or relevant professional experience is welcomed.

What Success Looks Like

The right person for this position will become someone our sales executives and staff know they can depend on. You'll take ownership of the office, anticipate needs, solve problems, communicate effectively, and help create an environment where people feel welcomed and supported.

Because this position is responsible for the daily operations and experience of our Andover office, regular in-office attendance is required.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental and life insurance (ancillary benefits: short term disability, accident insurance and critical illness insurance), and 401k Savings and Retirement (with company match), Paid Time Off and 13 Paid holidays.
