📋 Job Requirements:

• Recruit and hire qualified office employees.

Post vacancies on HH.uz, Telegram, and other platforms.

Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.

Evaluate candidates and select suitable applicants.

Coordinate interviews with department managers.

Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.

📝 Notes:
Truck driver recruitment is not required.

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.

English proficiency: C1 (Advanced) — mandatory.

Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek.

Strong communication and interviewing skills.
