Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is hiring an Office Support Worker for a client in Tallahassee, Florida.

Customer Service Specialists are needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. This position will renew for the next fiscal year.

Customer Service Specialists are needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  
• Comfortable using computers.
  
• Experience working with customer support a plus.
  
• Must have strong job tenure.
  

Background Screening Requirement

Applicants must pass a Level 2 screening background check, which includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The screening may also include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
