Description

Munich, Germany · Permanent part-time (24–28 hrs/week, 4 days) · Office Management About the role Do you make sure that day-to-day office life, travel and organisational matters run smoothly in the background? Do you think ahead, spot needs early and take ownership – rather than just ticking things off? Then become our team's central point of contact, with a focus on office management and independently organising our day-to-day office life. The role is mainly based on site in our office by the Isar, with one working-from-home day per week. During our Core Weeks (fixed weeks when the whole team is in the office, including our remote colleagues), you'll of course be on site too. Your role → Office management: You keep supplies stocked, coordinate post and service providers and keep our office running smoothly. → Travel & booking management: You organise our business trips completely independently – from hotels and flights to hire cars – and are the point of contact for all travel partners. → Events & Core Weeks: You organise team events and community formats and support shoots, workshops and our Core Weeks. → Administration & finance support: You collect receipts and invoices, support preparatory bookkeeping and keep our processes neatly structured. → Onboarding & people support: You make sure new team members have everything they need from day one. → Operations support: You gather quotes, coordinate service providers and spot room for improvement in our processes. Qualifications → You bring 2–5 years of experience in office management, as an assistant or in a comparable organisational role. → You work in a structured way, think ahead and take ownership of your areas. → You communicate clearly and reliably and are a dependable point of contact for the team and service providers. → You’re confident with digital tools and quick to get to grips with new systems. → You speak excellent German and confident English. Benefits → Responsibility from day one and plenty of room for your own ideas → Part-time, 24–28 hours a week spread over 4 days, incl. 1 working-from-home day per week → A modern, beautiful office right on the Isar → A growing start-up with flat hierarchies and short decision paths → The chance to actively shape our organisational structures → A motivated team that can count on you Interested?
