Description:
1. Execution of multi-step synthesis of projects which are transferred or developed in R&D lab.
2. Depending on the project requirements, performing lab experiments to gather process understanding.
3. Monitoring validation batches in R&D lab as well as plant.
4. Trouble shooting during commercial scale-up.
5. Interpretation & characterization report of working standard, Key starting material & its related substances before submitting QC/ADL dept.
6. Review & performance of daily verification and scheduled calibration.
7. Document preparation related to R&D.
8. Training to subordinate.
