Officer - Customer Care
- Possess minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Good communication and listening skillsGood command of the English language
- Strong team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Background in automotive / service / hospitality industry will be an added advantageProficient in MS Office applications & comfortable working with multiple systems
- Open to workplace transformation and changes in processes.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for service excellence.
- Comfortable performing outbound upselling calls activities
