Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to branch visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, account maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Educate and guide customers on utilizing digital banking platforms and self-service channels.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate specialists for financial advisory.
• Adhere to operational risk guidelines, compliance standards, and internal audit procedures.
• Support daily branch operations and contribute to team performance targets.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably with experience in customer service or retail banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
• Proficiency in digital tools and a quick learner of new technologies.
