Maintain and troubleshoot high/low-voltage electrical systems, motors, and panels in a pharmaceutical plant, ensuring power supply and compliance with safety regulations.
Description:
Key Responsibilities
Monitor HT/LT electrical system during the assigned shift hours
Exposure to 11KV line with C license
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to plant, utility and support facilities.
Attend electrical breakdowns
Perform first level trouble shooting of motors, panels, VFD’s, UPS, DG set, APFC, PCC/MCC, Transformer, and Utility equipment
Execute Preventive maintenance activities
Follow electrical safety procedure, LOTO, Work permits
Ensure compliance with GMP, and statutory electrical regulations
Qualification :
Diploma /BE /BTech in Electrical Engineering
Experience
4 – 6 years in Pharma industries
Required Skills
Knowledge of HT/LT with C license
Motors, VFDs, Transformer, DG set, PCC/MCC panel
Basic knowledge of Instrumentation
Ability to work in rotating shifts
Computer literacy and communication skills
Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Tech - Required
- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Tech - Preferred
Experience:
- 1 year or more in 1 - 4 Years
