Officer / Senior Officer / Supervisor / Assistant Manager, Account Receivable (DtC)
Duties:
- Manage financial operations, payment gateways, refunds and chargebacks
- Monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within e-commerce business
- Collaborate with various departments including operations, DtC (Direct to Consumer), and customer service to provide financial insight and support decision-making processes
- Bachelor degree holder in Finance or Accounting
- Proven experience in e-commerce finance, accounting or a related role
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of e-commerce operations including payment processing and online sales
- Advanced proficiency in ERP system, Excel will be added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
