What You Will Do
- Implement warehouse processes for imported spare parts and goods, including receiving, condition checking, inventory settlement, and product packing.
- Coordinate finished-goods shipment preparation to customers and conduct periodic stock quantity checks.
- Maintain accurate warehouse transactions, reports, and data entries in SAP.
- Lead warehouse operators through on-the-job training, coaching, and performance assessment.
- Align daily warehouse activities with the section’s quality and delivery goals.
- Promote compliance with working standards, work instructions, 5S/7S, Kaizen, Environmental Health and Safety requirements, RBA and social responsibility standards, and company asset protection requirements.
- Support Molex management systems and continuous-improvement practices, including TQM, Global Lean Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and carry out other warehouse-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- College degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of 7S and Kaizen practices.
- Experience with order-to-shipment processes, barcode systems, and SAP.
- Experience providing on-the-job training and supporting basic team management and performance assessment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- University degree.
- Experience leading warehouse operators in a finished-goods warehouse.
- Practical exposure to TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ISO, and Environmental Health and Safety management systems.
