Job Summary:
The Offline Marketing Specialist manages CIG Motors' offline and
traditional marketing initiatives, including print, outdoor, radio/TV,
dealership branding, and promotional materials, to build brand visibility
beyond digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and
execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio,
outdoor/billboard, and in-dealership marketing.
- Coordinate
the timely rollout of offline campaigns in line with overall marketing
plans.
Vendor
& Media Management
- Liaise
with media houses, printers, and outdoor advertising vendors.
- Negotiate
rates and placements to ensure cost-effective offline media spend.
Dealership
Branding & Collateral
- Ensure
showroom and dealership branding, signage, and point-of-sale materials are
up to date and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Develop
and manage the production of brochures, flyers, banners, and other
promotional collateral.
Budget
& Market Monitoring
- Manage
the offline marketing budget and vendor payments.
- Monitor
offline market trends and competitor offline marketing activity.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 3-5 years' experience in offline/traditional marketing.
- Experience
working with print and outdoor media vendors.Strong
vendor negotiation skills.
- Sound
project and budget management ability.
- High
attention to detail on branding and collateral quality.
- Good
understanding of the offline media landscape.
- Strong
organizational and coordination skills.
