Offset Press Operator
Join Millennium Print Group as an Offset Press Operator!
We're looking for an Offset Press Operator to join our team in Morrisville, NC. If you're passionate about high-quality printing, operating advanced equipment, and producing products enjoyed by fans around the world, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm on a 2-2-3-2 rotating shift schedule

What You'll Do
- Set up and operate sheet-fed offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed products.
- Review job tickets and production specifications to ensure accurate job setup.
- Match printed materials to approved proofs and color standards.
- Troubleshoot routine press and print quality issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment repairs.
- Monitor quality throughout production runs and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory usage in the MIS system.
- Support and train Offset Press Associates as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members during shift changes.
- Follow all safety, quality, security, and ISO requirements.
What You'll Bring
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
- 1+ year of offset printing experience as an Offset Press Associate or 2+ years' operating offset press equipment.
- Experience with multi-color offset press equipment preferred.
- Experience with operating Komari or Koenig and Bauer printing press is preferred but not required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of offset printing processes and color management.
- Knowledge of pressroom tools, chemistry, and consumables.
- Basic computer and MIS system skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
