About the role
At Randstad, we are looking for an Offset Sheet-fed Printing Machine Operator for an important stable project located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. If you have experience operating sheet-fed offset presses and are looking for an opportunity with long-term prospects, this offer is for you!
What you'll do
Operate and adjust Heidelberg Speedmaster sheet-fed offset presses equipped with varnish towers and UV drying.
Supervise the development of print runs and perform rigorous quality control according to the work order (registration verification, UV curing, and colorimetry).
Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance of the machinery (cleaning of printing units, rollers, replacement and maintenance of UV lamps).
Comply with occupational safety regulations, mandatory use of PPE, and correct management of chemical waste and inks.
What we're looking for
Experience: 2 to 3 demonstrable years in similar positions operating medium or large format sheet-fed offset machines.
Technical knowledge: Mastery of plate mounting, cylinder adjustment, water-ink balance, and UV curing processes.
Measuring tools: Regular use of densitometers, colorimeters, thread counters, and micrometers.
Nice to have
Valuable: Specific experience with Heidelberg Speedmaster machinery and formal training/certificates in Graphic Arts.
What you'll get
Salary: €27,500 gross/year.
Contract type: 3 months through Randstad + direct incorporation to the permanent staff (stable long-term project).
How you'll work
Schedule: Rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and occasionally night.
Start date: Immediate.
Location: Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
