Offshore HSE Representative

Job Purpose:
- The Health Safety Environmental Representative at PHARMA SAFE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES INC is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel involved in offshore oil and gas operations. This role focuses on implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for offshore personnel to enhance awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management to develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Monitor and review HSE performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all safety equipment and systems are properly maintained and operational.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice and support on HSE matters to all levels of the organization.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
