Qualifications and experience required
- Large experience in similar activities at equivalent position (minimum of 15 years verifiable)
- Familiar with offshore construction and commissioning activities
- Fluent in English
- Offshore SIMOPS experience
- HSE trainings: OPITO H2S / T-BOSIET / AGT / OERTL / NEBOSH or equivalent
Job responsibilities
- Promote HSE policies, practices, culture, and objectives for the project as the company HSE reference
- Verify implementation and adherence of contractor with the requirements of the contract
- Provide HSE supervision of activities at sites
- Be visible at site and walk the talk with HSE as a priority
- Intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report accordingly
- Attend project HSE meetings, training, and inspections when invited
- Work closely with the rest of the project team at the assigned location
