Offshore Project Manager

Position Title: Offshore Project Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 18,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction. Benefits: • Accommodation, Food & Transportation: Provided on-site with no deductions. • Airline Ticket: Provided by company. • Fixed Offshore allowance (while working offshore) Job Description: • Overall management of large-scale catering and camp operations including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance. Client relationship management and service delivery excellence. • Budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management. • Menu planning, production control, and operational execution. Inventory, asset, and utility management • Project mobilization and demobilization planning and execution.

Qualifications: • Male, 45 years old and below with HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification • Minimum 7 years’ experience in catering or facilities management operations, preferably in large-scale camp or contract catering • Strong background in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency • Proven leadership skills with client-facing experience and knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
