Asiapower OFFSHORE-WELDER, FABRICATOR/FITTER,RIGGER

Above is the daily rate (includes basic and other allowance)
12 hours per day and 7 days a week working. (7 days field break in Doha, after completing offshore duty of 90 days or 60 days – depends on offshore location)
Beyond 12 hrs, above OT rate will apply
1 month leave after completing 11 months of service.
Housing, transport, food by company.
The day rate includes, Basic, overtime, site allowance, permit allowance, Gratuity and field break pay (already included in the day rate; hence no additional payment for field breaks).

Welder
Qualifications	Capable of welding pipework and structural specifications as specified under ASME IX, ASME VIII and AWS D 1.1. Has previous certificates according to ASME IX approved by third parties. Shall be capable of understanding English language/regional language and able to communicate among the team.
Experience	Minimum of five (05) years, out of which two (02) years should be in and offshore environment
Main duties	Shall have the necessary initiative to work independently on all stages of the assembly process, i.e., development, profiling, erection, and initial installation working from engineering drawings.

Fabricator / Fitter
Qualifications	Shall have a recognized apprenticeship and be able to work from engineering drawings .Qatar Energy reserves the right to have the tradesman tested at Qatar Energy doubt as to his level of competency. Shall be capable of understanding English language/regional language and able to communicate among the team.
Experience	Shall have an experience of minimum of five (05) years, out of which two (02) years should be in and offshore environment
Main duties	Shall have served a recognized apprenticeship and be able to work from engineering drawings with the minimum of supervision to produce fitted pipe and/or structural steel sections acceptable to the specifications as laid down on the drawings.

Rigger
Qualifications	Shall hold a rigging qualification issued by a recognized authority. Rigger shall have a thorough knowledge of rigging and slinging loads to be lifted by a crane or other lifting equipment from a floating platform. Rigger shall understand the control of these loads, whether by mechanical or manual means, and be able to use crane hand signals as recommended in BS 7121 part 1. Shall be capable of understanding English language/regional language and able to communicate among the team.
Experience	Shall held a position for a minimum of five (05) years, out of which two (02) years shall be in an offshore environment.
Main duties	Shall ensure SERVICES are carried out in compliance with the regulations as stated in Qatar Energy Standard for Lifting Equipment and Operations PAI-STD-005
