Job Title: Ohio Preschool Program (formerly Early Childhood Education) Grant Coordinator for the 2026-2027 School Year
Reports To: Preschool Director
Location: Cambridge Preschool

Stipend Amount: $5,000 - Funded by the Ohio Preschool Program (OPP) Grant


Responsibilities:

• Determine eligibility and process enrollment for OPP grant funded preschool slots
• Assist Preschool Director with all areas of OPP grant compliance
• Assist Preschool Director in budgeting of OPP grant funds
• Maintain student attendance records
• Maintain student and staff preschool licensing records

Qualifications:

• Experience with Ohio Preschool Program Grant procedures required
• Knowledge of Ohio Preschool Licensing required
• Knowledge of Ohio's Step Up to Quality Rating System required
• Familiar with Final Forms
• Record keeping
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Positive customer service skills
