OKR Roll-Out Manager

This is a strategic transformation and enablement role whose mission is to make sure teams focus on the right priorities, align their work with business strategy, and use OKRs consistently to drive results.

• Master's degree and proven experience in strategy, transformation, business enablement, or change management environments.
• Strong background in strategic development and execution.
• Hands-on experience with OKRs or similar performance and goal-setting frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to balance competing business needs.
• Comfortable working with digital tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.
