Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job |

Perform cleaning and stocking duties in F&B outlet and lobby bar areas to ensure bartender’s execution of customer service. |
|
|
Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that does not represent at least 10% of the job’s time. Please include supervisory responsibilities. |

Stock all bars with mixing and serving supplies. Ensure that bartenders have all required supplies. |
|
2. |
Ensure that liquor bottles are full and appropriate back-ups are in the place. |
|
3. |
Fill ice dispensers as needed throughout shift. |
|
4. |
Stock all beer and wine. |
|
5. |
Clean and secure glassware throughout the shift. |
|
6. |
Stock backup garnishes, juices, and other mixers. |
|
7. |
Maintain a clean and organized storeroom. |
|
8. |
Perform appropriate side work. |
|
9. |
Perform other duties as assigned. |
|
Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities. |

Education |
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. |
|
Experience |
Food service experience preferred. Good communication skills required for guest and staff interactions. |
|
Licenses/Certifications |
Food Handler’s card, Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required. |

Authority to hire or fire other STARS, or makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing , advancement, promotion or any other change of status of other employees are given particular weight. |
