Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is a company of The Nutrition Group which operates the Custodial and Maintenance Management. FMS has been operating since 1986.

About the Job:
FMS has an open position of Custodian at a local K-12 School District. This is a Monday thru Friday position from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM during the school year. Summer hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Duties may include:
Daily cleaning of hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, offices, gymnasium and restrooms
Trash removal
Adherence of proper chemical handling procedures
Attention to detail
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage
Good attendance and able to work alone and in a group
Ability to lift 40 Lbs.
Must obtain clearances, drug test, TB test and physical and pass criminal background checks
