Oliveto Server
Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Server is primarily responsible for providing exceptional table service to guests according to Oliveto policies and performance standards to create 100% guest satisfaction and quality work environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but are not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. The duties identified below with an “*” have been determined to be essential functions of the position.
1. follows established steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Delivers hot and cold food to the guests' table.
3. Assists restaurants guests and records their orders, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
4. Writes and prices guest checks and/or operates point of sale equipment per company policies.
5. Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to use suggestive selling with all guests.
6. Checks all orders to ensure they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly, and attractive in appearance.
