Optoma Management Suite（OMS）是 Optoma 打造的全球商用顯示裝置雲端管理平台——業界第一個同時支援投影機、互動平板（IFP）與 LED 顯示屏的跨產品線管理方案，協助全球企業與教育客戶從單一平台即時監控、診斷與控制遍布世界各地的顯示設備。我們正在尋找一位資深全端工程師加入 OMS 產品研發團隊，運用 .NET、React 與 Azure 雲原生技術，共同開發這個持續成長的全球 SaaS 平台。

您將加入小型精實研發團隊，直接參與產品架構設計與技術決策，與 PM、UI/UX Designer、SQE、SQA 與海外團隊緊密協作，完整經歷從需求分析、架構設計、開發、測試到部署維運的 end-to-end 產品開發流程。

【主要職責】
1.OMS 平台功能開發與交付（Platform Feature Development & Delivery）
負責 OMS 雲端平台功能的設計、開發、測試與維護，確保功能如期且高品質交付。
－設計並開發 OMS 平台新功能，涵蓋後端服務（.NET）、前端介面（React）與資料庫（SQL Server）
－開發與維護 RESTful API 與 OMS Cloud Open API，支援全球裝置整合與第三方串接
－參與 OMS AI 服務與產品使用資料（KYC）框架的功能開發
－執行單元測試與整合測試，維持程式碼品質與平台穩定性

2.雲端原生架構設計與優化（Cloud-Native Architecture & Optimization）
參與 Azure 雲端原生架構的設計與演進，持續優化平台效能與成本。
－參與 Azure 雲端架構設計，涵蓋運算、儲存、資料庫與訊息服務的選型與配置
－分析並優化系統效能、可用性與雲端資源成本
－參與 edge computing 對接架構規劃，優化前後端與 cloud server 的平衡運作

3.AI First 工程實踐（AI-First Engineering Practice）
將 AI 工具深度融入開發流程，持續提升團隊工程效率。
－善用 GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Claude 等 AI 工具進行開發，實踐 AI First Development
－針對開發流程提出完整的改善提案，推動 AI 輔助開發最佳實踐在團隊落地

4.跨國協作與敏捷交付（Global Collaboration & Agile Delivery）
與跨國、跨職能團隊協作，確保產品需求準確落地。
－與 PM、UI/UX Designer、SQE、SQA 及海外團隊協作，完成需求分析、規格討論與功能交付
－以英文進行技術文件溝通與跨國會議討論
－主動同步開發進度與技術風險，確保專案透明度

5.品質與資訊安全（Quality & Security）
落實資安與品質規範，確保開發流程與文件符合國際標準要求。
－落實 ISO 27001、ISMS 及 Secure SDLC 開發流程規範
－建立與維護系統設計、開發、測試及維運文件，確保資訊資產具備可追溯性並符合 ISMS 文件化管理要求

▍Key Responsibilities
1.Platform Feature Development & Delivery
Own the design, development, testing, and maintenance of OMS platform features with on-time, high-quality delivery.
－Design and develop new OMS features across backend services (.NET), frontend (React), and database (SQL Server)
－Build and maintain RESTful APIs and OMS Cloud Open APIs supporting global device integration and third-party connectivity
－Contribute to OMS AI services and the product usage data (KYC) framework
－Perform unit and integration testing to sustain code quality and platform stability

2.Cloud-Native Architecture & Optimization
Contribute to the design and evolution of the Azure cloud-native architecture, continuously optimizing performance and cost.
－Participate in Azure architecture design covering compute, storage, database, and messaging services
－Analyze and optimize system performance, availability, and cloud resource costs
－Contribute to edge computing integration planning, balancing frontend, backend, and cloud server workloads

3.AI-First Engineering Practice
Embed AI tools deeply into the development process to continuously raise team engineering productivity.
－Leverage GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude in daily development as part of AI-First Development
－Propose complete process-improvement initiatives and drive AI-assisted development best practices across the team

4.Global Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Work with cross-border, cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into shipped features.
－Collaborate with PM, UI/UX designers, SQE, SQA, and overseas teams on requirements, specifications, and delivery
－Communicate technical documentation and discussions in English
－Proactively surface progress and technical risks to keep projects transparent

5.Quality & Security
Uphold security and quality standards across the full development lifecycle.
－Follow ISO 27001, ISMS, and Secure SDLC development processes
－Establish and maintain design, development, testing, and operations documentation to keep information assets traceable and compliant with ISMS documentation requirements
