On-Air Personality (OAP)

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ broadcasting experience
• Excellent voice, diction, and presentation skills
• Strong audience engagement and content creation ability
• Basic knowledge of radio studio operations
• Degree/HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities
• Present engaging on-air programs and content
• Create and deliver audience-focused radio segments
• Engage listeners and build strong audience connection
• Support station programming and content development
• Work with production team to ensure smooth broadcasts
