On-Call IT Program/Project Manager
AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.
We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks.
This opportunity is contingent upon contract award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal.

- Manage schedule, budget, and QC across concurrent on-call IT work
- Serve as key personnel / primary client contact for the IM Division
- Coordinate specialists and (as needed) certified small-business subconsultants
- Produce status and QC reporting suitable for public-agency clients
- Contribute IT PM qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

- I authorize AlphaGov to retain my CV, application materials, professional qualifications, research interests, publication information, institutional affiliations, and other professional information I provide for consideration in current and future research, grant, sponsored-project, publication, advisory, collaboration, proposal, and public-sector consulting opportunities. I also authorize AlphaGov to use and summarize this professional information when evaluating teams and preparing proposals or funding applications, and to contact me regarding opportunities that align with my background. I understand that participation does not create employment, compensation, a formal appointment, or a commitment to participate in any specific project.
- May AlphaGov identify you as a prospective expert collaborator, technical lead, or named key personnel on client proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and related government or public-sector pursuits that closely align with your stated expertise?
Written answers (1)
- If yes to the previous question, list up to 3 past projects AlphaGov may cite on proposals (agency/client, your role, year; optional reference name and title for past-performance narrative — we will not contact them without a separate ask). If you answered no, write N/A.
