Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – 7 On / 7 Off

The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cleveland-area team in a dedicated 7 On / 7 Off role. This schedule gives you the opportunity to provide meaningful hospice care while enjoying 26 weeks off each year through a consistent every-other-week rotation.

During your seven days on, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource for hospice patients and families during evenings, nights, and weekends. You'll respond to changing patient needs, provide symptom management and crisis support, complete visits when needed, and help families feel confident and supported during some of their most difficult moments.

This is an ideal opportunity for an RN who is clinically confident, independent, and comfortable making decisions in the field—and who values having a full seven consecutive days away from work every other week.

7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Seven consecutive days on, followed by seven consecutive days off.

• Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
• Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 8:00 AM
• Every other week completely off
• Consistent rotating schedule that allows you to plan your life in advance

Territory & Ideal Location

Coverage includes:

• Lake County
• Geauga County
• Cuyahoga County
• Lorain County
• Medina County

Ideal Home Base: Independence, OH or within approximately a 30-minute radius, providing a central location within the coverage territory.
