• Location: Makati, Philippines

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid

• Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Experience: 8+ Years

• Salary: PHP 140,000 – 145,000 per month

• Lead architecture decisions for complex enterprise technology initiatives.

• Work across cloud, software engineering, automation, DevOps, and enterprise platforms.

• Influence technology strategy and solution design.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.

• Drive innovation, automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.

• Make a meaningful impact on scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise technology solutions.

• Translate business requirements into practical architecture designs and implementation roadmaps.

• Lead architecture discussions and establish technical direction for strategic initiatives.

• Evaluate technology options, assess risks, and recommend the best-fit solutions.

• Develop target-state architectures, transition strategies, and implementation plans.

• Identify technical debt, dependencies, operational risks, and delivery challenges.

• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, design workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.

• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, operations, product, and business teams.

• Guide engineering teams throughout solution design, implementation, and operational readiness.

• Communicate architecture decisions and technical recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

• Promote automation, standardization, reusability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:

  • Software Engineering

  • Cloud Engineering

  • Platform Engineering

  • Infrastructure Engineering

  • DevOps

  • Automation Engineering

  • Database Engineering

• Proven experience designing or guiding enterprise technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of production environments, operational supportability, resiliency, monitoring, and incident management.

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to lead technical discussions, influence decisions, and guide multiple teams.

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or similar delivery methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.

• Software engineering and automation.

• GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.

• Programming and scripting: Python, C, PowerShell, Go, or equivalent languages.

• REST APIs and systems integration.

• JSON, YAML, and workflow automation.

• Security, identity management, resiliency, and observability.

• CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

• Architecture documentation, technical analysis, and solution design.

• Strong hands-on technical background with enterprise architecture capabilities.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capable of influencing technical decisions without direct authority.

• Comfortable working across multiple technologies and business domains.

• Able to evaluate technical tradeoffs and recommend practical solutions.

• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to evolving technology landscapes.
