On Premise Sales Representative
Wine & Beverage Sales Representatives are responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales objectives, selling our current portfolio and new products, and general territory and account management responsibilities, including but not limited to, regularly scheduled in-person account calls, identifying staff and consumer engagement opportunities, managing product quality and freshness, and maintaining updated POS.
General Responsibilities:

Setting a daily pre plan to achieve distribution and sales goals.

Make sales calls on current accounts, and identify potential new customers when possible.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to owners, buyers, and specialty consultants.

Keep consistent records of sales calls and document follow-up opportunities for future visits.

Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of wine and the broader portfolio.

Suggest margin and gross profit opportunities that will benefit the retailer.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to collaborate on menu development, pricing, product mix, and inventory levels.

Achieve sales distribution, volume, and priority goals in alignment with distributor and supplier agreements.

Optimize brand and portfolio representation within on-premise accounts in accordance with account needs and brand standards.

Educate account personnel on new and existing products within the portfolio via sales presentations and staff trainings.

Drive consumer engagement and account growth by scheduling dinners, tastings, and events.

Coordinate special deliveries, including off-delivery day shipments, new accounts openings, account closings, and special events.

Maintain relationships and conduct key account calls and sales blitzes with supplier partners.

Attend general sales meetings and supplier sponsored events, as needed.

Abide by company conduct policy, including but not limited to, keeping a professional appearance, maintaining a safe working environment, and following company procedures and regulations.

Attend training seminars and workshops, as required by management.
