On-Site Field Service Engineer – Keep Equipment Running

Atlas Copco Group, Edwards Italy, is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to join our team in Catania, Italy. You will deliver skilled service to keep customer equipment performing reliably and safely, repairing, maintaining, and supporting the technology they depend on.

You will be part of a field service team that travels to support customers on-site. You will conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, install equipment, ensure safety

Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime. Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities. Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly. Previous field service experience. Self-directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems. Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards Good written and verbal communication skills. A basic command of written and spoken English is required. Equal opportunities
