ON SITE Identity and Access Management Professional Team Lead

Required / Strongly Desired

• Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary technical team and overall task-order performance.
• Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government program/project managers.
• Manage staffing, schedule, cost/performance, risks, issues, deliverables, and transition activities.
• Support Agile delivery, stakeholder meetings, backlog/milestone management, incremental releases, patch/hotfix coordination, and technical deployments.
• Manage weekly/monthly reporting, quality assurance, performance metrics, and Government communications.
• Federal cybersecurity, IAM, DevSecOps, cloud, or enterprise IT delivery experience strongly preferred.

Preferred / Resume Emphasis

• PMP, Scrum/Agile, ITIL or similar certifications are beneficial.
• Experience managing teams of roughly 9+ FTE or efforts of comparable complexity is preferred.
