On-site IT Desktop Support Engineer(Tsing Yi)

We are looking for On-site IT Desktop support Engineer join to our team.

Responsibility:

• Provide on-site technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devicesSet up and configure new workstations and mobile devices.

• Help maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity and related issues.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.

• Ensure that all IT equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

• Provide training and support to staff on basic IT procedures and software applications.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Knowledge in Windows 365 and Windows operation system is a must

• Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols

• Knowledge in warehouse IT support and warehouse IT equipment will be an advantage

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude

• This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to provide training and support to the candidate. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Working location : Tsing Yi

Working time : 0900-1800 (Mon to Fri) 5 days work
