Onboarding Operation Lead

You will own KYB and AML onboarding across the client journey for Direct and FaaS products. You will review applications, improve throughput, partner with commercial and operational stakeholders, handle escalations, refine workflows, and help establish quality assurance, SLA ownership, and scalable operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Own KYB and AML onboarding across the client journey
• Review and progress onboarding applications end to end
• Build onboarding capacity and improve throughput
• Partner with Sales Customer Growth Implementation Operations and Compliance
• Handle escalations and edge cases
• Improve onboarding processes system logic and workflow quality
• Establish onboarding QA practices and SLA ownership
• Clear the onboarding backlog and bring work within SLA
• Co-own onboarding process improvement initiatives
• Measure application decision time approval rates reopen rates escalation rates RFI rates and case close time

Requirements

• Strong experience in onboarding KYB/AML operations or related operational and compliance workflows
• Commercially and growth-oriented mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage up think strategically and own outcomes
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• Strong critical thinking proactiveness problem solving and pattern recognition
• KYB and AML knowledge with commercial awareness
• Account management exposure is helpful
• Candidates with only KYC exposure and limited KYB depth may require a steeper ramp
