Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior HR Administrator has relevant demonstrated administration experience required to support all aspects of human resources operations.

This role executes tasks such as (but not limited to) employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, recruitment, employee records maintenance, and HR policy implementation.

The Senior HR Administrator has a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and relevant understanding of HR regulations to successfully contribute to maintaining a compliant and efficient HR department.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provides complete HR administration service and supports the activities and projects relating to HR.
  • Assist with day to day HR operational queries.
  • Coordination of all administrative and logistics relating to the recruitment process.
  • Coordinates meetings with candidates, vendors, agencies and managers and booking meeting rooms.
  • Assists the HR team in the preparation of employment offers, conducting relevant pre-employment checks.
  • Compiles and distributes new starter information and ensures all information is captured on the relevant HR systems.
  • Coordinates and executes relevant activities for learnership and graduate programs.
  • Administers paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
  • Processes employees’ requests and provides relevant information.
  • Coordinates HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Collaborates with the recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
  • Assists with all administrative duties required by the HR management team and attend to or escalates employee queries.
  • Performs any other related task as required.

  • Relevant understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ability to use HRIS systems and other HR-related software for efficient data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Some ability to analyze HR data to extract insights, trends, and metrics that contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage HR tasks, processes, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in interpreting HR data, drawing insights, and presenting findings to support decision-making.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Thoroughness in managing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing HR trends, technologies, and organisational requirements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey HR concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR management, and external partners to achieve common goals.

Academic qualifications and certifications:
  • High School Certification or related qualification preferred.
  • Completion or working towards completion of a diploma or degree in a Human Resources field or similar is highly beneficial.

Required experience:
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator.
  • Demonstrated administrative support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using HRIS software and other HR-related software tools
  • Previous demonstrated experience in maintaining employee records, data entry, and ensuring data accuracy
