We are looking for an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist responsible for assisting new clients during the onboarding process, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth platform setup and initial configuration.
- Understand client requirements during the onboarding phase.
- Assist clients with platform setup, account configuration, and initial walkthrough.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to implement client requirements.
- Provide basic training and guidance to clients on using the platform.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and client records.
- Ensure smooth handover to the support or account management team after onboarding.
- Track onboarding progress and update internal systems.
- Address basic queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
Requirements
- Experience working with WhatsApp API, SMS platforms, chatbot platforms, or SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with client onboarding processes or customer success operations.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into operational steps.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or communication platforms.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
