Onboarding Specialist
About the role
Brite Nites is hiring a seasonal Onboarding Specialist to support our Finance and HR team from our Salt Lake City office. You'll make sure employees are brought on and paid on time, accurately, and in compliance with state and federal rules. This is a full-time hourly role running through January 2027.
What you'll do
- Own the accuracy and timeliness of onboarding for seasonal and year- round staff
- Review time cards and per- diem allowances
- Maintain employee records in line with state and federal law
- Resolve payroll questions professionally and step in to help the Controller as needed
What you bring
- Strong communication and organization; able to work to tight deadlines
- Computer literate, including ability to attach/ rotate images and pdfs, navigate websites, and operate G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Bilingual candidates in both will receive strong consideration
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field preferred, not required
Pay: $18-20/hr, DOE.
