<p style="line-height: 1.2;"><b><span style="font-family: Arial;">About the Role</span></b></p><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">As an <b>Onboarding Specialist</b>, you are responsible in ensuring effective execution of the pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires. </span><b><span style="font-family: Arial;">Employment duration is 1 year</span></b><span style="font-family: Arial;">.</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><b><span style="font-family: Arial;">How you'll contribute</span></b></p><ul><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Conducts Background Investigation / Reference Checking to all Staff and Junior Officers candidates.</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Prepares various hiring documents (i.e. contracts, term sheets)</span><br></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Coordinates with potential hires’ submission of pre-employment requirements and collates submissions.</span><br></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Turns over new hires documents to Compensation, Benefits and Records Department.</span><br></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Prepares account opening for new hires payroll.</span><br></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Facilitates efficient onboarding activities on day 1 of new hires.</span></li></ul><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><b><span style="font-family: Arial;">What we're looking for</span></b></p><ul><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related field.</span><br></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Above average communication skills</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Detail-oriented and organized</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Excellent time management skills</span></li><li style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Fresh graduates are welcome to apply</span></li></ul><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><b><span style="font-family: Arial;">About Security Bank</span></b></p><p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-family: Arial;">Security Bank is one of the Philippines’ best capitalized private domestic universal banks.
