Helping Hearts Senior Care is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our new team members—helping them feel welcomed, prepared, and confident as they begin their journey with us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Onboarding Specialist, you will:

✨ Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation
Ensure employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Verify credentials, certifications, and required compliance documents
Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding files
Communicate with new hires about start dates, schedules, and expectations
Partner with HR, Scheduling, and Management to prepare new employees for success
Provide support and answer questions throughout the onboarding process
Track onboarding progress and ensure requirements are completed

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

✔️ Professional, dependable, and welcoming
✔️ An excellent communicator
✔️ Comfortable multitasking and managing deadlines
✔️ Able to handle confidential information with discretion
✔️ Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or HR software
✔️ A team player who takes initiative

Healthcare staffing, caregiving, CNA onboarding, recruiting, or HR experience is a PLUS!

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
