About the role
JAF Digital Group Inc. is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help clients set up and use our HRIS and payroll system.
Key responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and assist with system setup and implementation
- Guide clients through onboarding and system training
- Check payroll data and system settings for accuracy
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve implementation concerns
- Track onboarding progress and maintain clear records
About you
- Graduate of an IT-related course or has a strong IT background
- Experience in payroll or HRIS implementation
- Knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory requirements
- Willing to do fieldwork and meet with clients when needed
- Strong client communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
