The Transplant Business Unit is launching a treatment globally for GVHD, a disease that affects a large portion of patients undergoing an allogeneic bone marrow transplant.
This is a position with the purpose of promoting a significant change in patients' quality of life, with opportunities for exposure, development, and accelerated learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Territory and Key Account Management.
-
Mapping of hospitals, clinics, and stakeholders; business plan development; inventory/demand monitoring; definition of quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Technical-Scientific Promotion and Goal Achievement: Proper communication to stakeholders; reaching performance indicators (demand, visitation, market share).

CRM Management and Reporting: Daily registration of medical visits; submission of reports within agreed deadlines.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Alignment with Commercial, Access, Medical, and other teams; execution of the integrated account plan; fostering teamwork.

Institutional Representation: Participation in congresses and events (virtual and in-person).
About You:
Education: Bachelor's degree completed; postgraduate degree desirable.
Experience & knowledge:

Solid experience in the Oncology/Hematology market, preferably in the Hematology area.

Skills in strategic planning, negotiation, execution, collaboration, communication, and decision-making.

Knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare systems; reimbursement mechanisms of the private system and SUS.

Knowledge of segment audit tools.

Knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Experience in the areas of Access, Commercial, and Medical will be considered a plus.

Flexible to test different promotion models, including digital approaches.

Full-time position, availability for travel.
Languages: Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus.
