Description

Join Our Compassionate Hematology & Oncology Team!

Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking for a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families?

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collaborative, physician-led hematology and oncology practice.

Whether you are an experienced provider or a new graduate interested in oncology, we offer the training, mentorship, and supportive environment needed to help you build a fulfilling career in cancer care.

Why Join Our Team?

Comprehensive Oncology Training & Mentorship

Oncology experience is not required! We understand that transitioning into a specialized field requires dedicated training and support. That's why we offer a structured onboarding and mentorship program that includes approximately 4–6 months of comprehensive, hands-on clinical training alongside experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

Our approach allows new team members to progressively develop the knowledge, confidence, and clinical skills necessary to provide exceptional hematology and oncology care.

A Schedule That Supports Work-Life Balance

Enjoy a rewarding career in oncology while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our practice offers consistent weekday schedules, with no regularly scheduled evenings, weekends, or holidays.

We believe that supporting our providers' well-being allows them to focus on what matters most—delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Collaborative, Physician-Led Care

Work alongside experienced hematologists, oncologists, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team committed to providing comprehensive, personalized cancer care.

Our Advanced Practice Providers are valued members of the clinical team who play an integral role in patient management, treatment planning, and continuity of care. We foster an environment that encourages collaboration, professional growth, and shared expertise.

Competitive Compensation & Incentive Opportunities

We recognize and value the contributions of our Advanced Practice Providers. In addition to competitive base compensation, eligible providers may have the opportunity to participate in a performance-based incentive program that recognizes clinical productivity, quality outcomes, and contributions to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and/or inpatient settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct medical care to hematology and oncology patients, including initial consultations, physical examinations, routine follow-up visits, and urgent evaluations.
  • Assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic findings, and develop individualized treatment and supportive care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Evaluate and manage symptoms, treatment-related side effects, and complications associated with cancer and hematologic disorders.
  • Order and interpret laboratory studies, diagnostic imaging, and other appropriate diagnostic tests.
  • Prescribe medications and manage therapeutic interventions within the applicable scope of practice and established clinical protocols.
  • Develop, review, and enter chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatment orders in accordance with practice policies and clinical privileges.
  • Assess patients requiring urgent medical attention and determine appropriate interventions, referrals, or hospital admission in collaboration with physicians.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication management, symptom control, and ongoing care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Serve as a clinical resource to staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and evidence-based practice.
