Online Banking Center Manager (Project Management) [Ref no: OBCMPM-AL]

Job Responsibilities:

• Intelligent Transformation Leadership: Spearhead the digital and AI-driven transformation of remote banking/customer service centers, leveraging financial technology to optimize operational efficiency and user experience;

• System Requirements & Project Execution: Identify business pain points, translate them into system requirements, and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, development, and deployment) for remote banking/customer service systems;

• Training & System Support: Design and deliver training programs for system functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing technical support for remote banking/customer service teams;

• Continuous Optimization & Innovation: Drive iterative improvements to systems through user feedback and data analysis, focusing on enhanced efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in remote banking/contact center system implementation;

• Strong ability to create requirement prototypes and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects with clear goal alignment and resource coordination;

• Excellent cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Proficiency in resource integration and driving results under tight deadlines;

• Personal Attributes: High tolerance for pressure and quick learning agility in dynamic environments;

• Strong logical reasoning and verbal/written expression capabilities;

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
