Online Business Manager (GHL Specialist) SA

Discussion

This is a remote position.

Remote, South Africa | Coaching Brand | Ongoing Contract

About Us

Limitless is a coaching business for women building service and coaching companies. We help them stop being the bottleneck, build a team, and grow a business that runs without them living inside it.

We are small, fast moving, and we hold a high standard. Our clients pay well and expect a polished experience from the first ad they see to the last module they complete. Everything we build sits inside GoHighLevel.

We are not looking for another pair of hands. We are looking for someone who takes the operational side of this business off my desk and runs it properly.

The Role

This is a genuine Online Business Manager role, not a VA role with a different title. You'll own the systems, the build, and the day to day running of the marketing and delivery engine. The founder brings the strategy, offers and content. You turn it into funnels that convert, campaigns that run, a community that feels looked after, and courses that are finished and live.

What you will own:

GHL strategy and build

  • Funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, pipelines and websites built end to end
  • Automations, workflows, tagging, triggers and segmentation
  • Email and SMS sequences for nurture, launch, reminders and follow up
  • Snapshot management, integrations, domain and tracking setup
  • Keeping the account clean, logical and documented

Lead generation and ads management

  • Meta ads set up, launched, monitored and optimised (Google is a bonus)
  • Audience, creative and copy testing with a clear reporting rhythm
  • Owning cost per lead and cost per booked call
  • Tracking lead flow from ad to opt in to booked call

Community management

  • Daily presence in the client community, welcoming, prompting and escalating
  • Running a consistent content calendar for the community
  • Tracking engagement and flagging retention risks early

Course and programme build

  • Building courses and memberships inside GHL
  • Turning raw recordings, slides and notes into finished learning assets
  • Building workbooks and resources matching brand standard
  • Onboarding and offboarding flows that run without intervention

Plus the OBM layer across all of it

  • Project managing launches from planning to debrief
  • Running the project board and holding deadlines
  • Documenting processes as you go
  • Coordinating contractors such as designers, editors and copywriters
  • A weekly report on what moved, what is stuck, and what's needed next
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Overlap required: At least 4 to 5 hours daily with Perth, Australia time (starting around 8:00am SAST covers the afternoon overlap)
Start: As soon as we find the right person

Requirements

  • 2 or more years managing operations or marketing delivery for an online coaching, course or service business
  • Proven, demonstrable GoHighLevel experience (you'll be asked for examples of builds)
  • Hands on paid ads experience with real budget, ideally Meta
  • Strong written English
  • Confidence building courses or memberships in a learning platform
  • Reliable fibre or LTE connection, load shedding backup, and a quiet space to work
  • Someone who solves before they ask, and asks properly when they need to

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the coaching or personal development space
  • Canva, video editing, or basic design capability
  • Zapier, Make, or similar
  • Copywriting for emails, ads or landing pages
  • Experience with launches, webinars or challenge style events

Who this suits: You're organised to the point that it's slightly annoying to other people. You like owning a number and moving it. You'd rather be trusted with a whole function than handed a list of tasks.

Who this does not suit: Anyone who needs to be told what to do next. Anyone learning GHL on the job. Anyone juggling five clients who will squeeze this in around the edges.

Benefits

  • Rate: R17,500 to R26,500 per month at 35 hours per week (AUD $10 to $15 per hour, depending on experience)
  • Consistent hours and consistent pay, paid monthly
  • Real ownership and a direct line to the founder, no layers
  • A growing business, with room for your role and rate to grow with it
  • Flexibility on how you structure your day, as long as the overlap and outcomes hold
  • Work that matters, with clients whose businesses genuinely change
