Online Campaign Manager - ref. 1102
We are looking for an experienced Online Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is a mid-level role suited for someone who already has hands-on experience managing campaigns and is ready to take ownership of performance, strategy, and cross-market coordination.
Plan, launch, and manage online marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, paid social media, display…)
Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, conversions)
Coordinate campaign execution in Switzerland in four languages (IT, DE, EN, FR)
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) and external partners/agencies
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Manage budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
Proven track record of managing and optimizing online campaigns across multiple channels
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and reporting dashboards
Experience working across multiple markets or languages is a strong plus
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
