Online Chat Sales Operator

REMOTE ENGLISH CHAT SALES OPERATOR.

Compensation:
- Ability to make $100 - $1,000 weekly.

About Us:
- We are a creator management agency hiring remote English-speaking chat operators to support subscription-based digital creator accounts.
- This role involves online conversations, fan engagement, retention, and sales through chat.
- Some accounts may include mature/adult-oriented creator content, so applicants must be 18+ and comfortable with that environment.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to messages in a natural and engaging way.
- Build conversations and maintain fan relationships.
- Promote creator offers and paid content through chat.
- Follow account guidelines, scripts, and team instructions.
- Stay consistent during assigned shifts.
- Work with team leads to improve performance.

Requirements:
- Fluent or near-fluent English.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Reliable laptop or desktop.
- Stable internet connection.
- Fast typing speed.
- Sales-minded personality.
- Comfortable with mature/adult-oriented creator content.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently.

Experience:
- Previous chat, sales, customer support, or creator economy experience is helpful, but not required.

Compensation:
- Optional: Base pay: $1–$3/hour depending on experience and assigned shift.
- Commission: 5%–12% based on performance and account assignment.
- Weekly payouts.
- Higher earning potential for strong performers.
