2. Develop test methodologies, setups, and automation strategies.
3. Drive cross-functional validation and issue resolution.
4. Own validation quality, data analysis, and risk management.
5. Build lab capability and lead validation team development.

Criteria (Priority)
1. Strong expeience in AI Server PSU design experience.
2. Strong experience in power electronics validation (+/- 400V HVDC power system or AI Server PSU)
